Slow Grown Farm is a small organic mixed farm nestled in Graffham, West Sussex. Founded and run by Katie Sacks (who previously managed a market garden) and Brett Sacks (who gained hands-on farming, cheesemaking, and charcuterie across the Mediterranean, North America and the UK) this farm focuses on aligning animal welfare, environmental stewardship with high-quality food. Their rare-breed, 100% grass-fed cattle live outdoors year-round, rear their calves for at least four months and contribute to improving soil health and biodiversity. Their native breed pigs forage in 10 acres of South Downs woodland and eat the whey from the farm's cheesemaking. Their ethos focuses on producing nutrient‑dense, ethically made products while restoring ecosystem vitality: enhancing soil structure, sequestering carbon, supporting wildlife corridors, and maintaining wildflower meadows.
