We specialise in interesting, unusual and delicious sea salt and seasonings. Sea salt is where we began and our speciality: we make ours by hand from the waters that surround Ynys Môn (Anglesey). Our famous flakes have Protected Designation of Origin certification. Our on-site smokery is where we make our award-winning ‘Smoked Water’ – a hundred percent natural condiment that brings a savoury depth to a huge range of foods. We love the landscape of Wales, so it makes sense that we look after it, as well as our team, and we are proud to be B Corp certified.
